Sioux Hudson Literacy Council is looking for online practitioners to work on a part-time contract basis with their Good Learning Anywhere Program.

We are currently looking for a math instructor for Monday and Wednesday mornings 10:30am to 12:30. This course is scheduled to start October 13^th, 2008. *Other courses will be coming available as well in October but times and days are still being confirmed*

Qualifications:

P Completed Centra training offered by Contact North/Contact Nord or willingness to complete it

P Experience with teaching Math at a Literacy and Basic Skills level

P Distance education classroom experience an asset

P Knowledge of and understanding of the Internet and World Wide Web

P Experience with a World Wide Web browser

P Experience with Windows 98, 2000 or XP

P Proficient on a computer with Power point and email applications including opening attachments

P Must have access to a computer with high speed internet access and provide own headset with microphone

Salary: Commensurate with experience, knowledge and skills
